We’ll ask you what products you’re interested in so that we can bring the right books and brochures.
You can relax knowing we do not use high-pressure sales techniques.

If you’re not sure about a home visit just yet, you can also come to our shop to get an idea of our ranges before you decide to book an appointment. Here, you’ll be able to see the quality of our products in action.
Our showroom in Kingswinford has been fitted with a selection of our products so that touch and feel the quality and our team are on hand to answer any questions.
During your appointment, we’ll talk to you about the different options on offer and answer any questions that crop up. You’ll be able to choose your colours and styles and our staff will measure up for your free quote.
Our appointments usually take around 30 minutes, but please allow more time if you’re planning a large job as this will require more measuring time.
Installation and fitting
We’ll contact you to book a convenient time to fit your order. All our fitters are highly skilled and trained to ensure your fit is perfect.
Remember, we’re British Blind and Shutter Association (BBSA) members and our installers are trained and insured.
Our Guarantees and Warranties
Most of our products enjoy a 5 year guarantee for residential use.
For businesses, our warranties are 12 months covering commercial use.
In the rare event that anything goes wrong, all you have to do is give us a call or email and we’ll put things right.
