following easy steps
1. Appointment
Contact us either by phone or email to arrange a visit to your premises. An
appointment will be made for a member of our friendly trained staff to visit
your place of business. On the appointment day, the representative will
measure, assist in choosing the fabric, discuss any company branding that
may be required and will forward to you a quotation via email fax or post.
2. Order conformation
If you are happy to place the order, you will be asked to forward a fax to
confirm that you are placing the order, you will then be given a lead time
(usually 14 days however some blind types may take longer)
3. Manufacture
Once you have placed the order, the order then gets passed through to our
manufacturing department where fabric is ordered and the blinds or awnings
begin there journey.
4. Fitted
Once the blinds are manufactured, we will contact you to arrange a fitting
day to your convenience. Castle Blinds are very understanding and the least
amount of disruption will be caused during your working day during the
installation process.
5. Invoice
Once fitted we will return the paperwork to the accounts department. The
accounts department will then send out an invoice for you to pay at the
terms agreed.
